Jan KolarManager IT ITSM Europe at Konica Minolta
I am part of internal European IT organization in Konica Minolta, managing a team that delivers ITSM solutions to internal customers in service organizations across European branches. I joined Konica Minolta in 2011, moving to ITSM area in 2014 with implementations and roll-outs of BMC Remedy. In 2018 Konica Minolta started "dating" with ServiceNow and step-by step switching from BMC Remedy to ServiceNow finalizing the transition for both European IT and Service organizations in March 2023. Since then onboarding ServiceNow to various organization's processes and teams.
Dr. Tina ChangFounder of Econsilio
Founder of Econsilio with over 25 years of experience and a deep passion for data science, AI, machine learning, and econometrics. My career spans leadership roles as an IT strategist, economist, regulatory authority advisor, and hedge fund manager, with a proven and consistent track record of impact. I bring strong intercultural expertise, having worked extensively across Europe, Asia, and the United States.
With digital transformation and sustainability at the core of my work, I have led IT delivery excellence and AIOps initiatives at global financial institutions. I am equally passionate about knowledge sharing and regularly lecture at the intersection of industry and academia. I hold a PhD in Economics from the University of Warwick, an MSc and Diploma in Economics from the London School of Economics, and an MBA from Institut Supérieur de Gestion, France.

Steven Rudin is Group Manager ServiceNow at GETEC Group, where he leads the strategy, governance, and transformation of internal services across a multi-entity European organization.He drives a platform-first approach, consolidating fragmented systems into a single, scalable ServiceNow architecture covering Customer Service, IT, and emerging domains such as Workplace, HR, and GRC.With more than 20 years of experience in the pharmaceutical and industrial sectors, Steven specializes in building standardized, audit-ready operating models that enable efficiency, compliance, and long-term scalability across complex organizations.
Paul BeelenHead of the IT & Technology PMO @ Coca Cola HBC
Since February 2022, Paul is Head of the IT & Technology PMO at Coca Cola Hellenic and responsible for the agile transformation & IT delivery. With over 20 years of experience, he has specialized in project portfolio management, PMO processes, and tools as a consultant and portfolio manager.

This year, we are thrilled to welcome you to the Žižkov TV Tower in Prague. It is an example of modern brutalist architecture. It has no parallel anywhere else in the world. A charming view and a perfect place for an event between heaven and earth. The event will take place at a height of 63 meters.
