I am part of internal European IT organization in Konica Minolta, managing a team that delivers ITSM solutions to internal customers in service organizations across European branches. I joined Konica Minolta in 2011, moving to ITSM area in 2014 with implementations and roll-outs of BMC Remedy. In 2018 Konica Minolta started "dating" with ServiceNow and step-by step switching from BMC Remedy to ServiceNow finalizing the transition for both European IT and Service organizations in March 2023. Since then onboarding ServiceNow to various organization's processes and teams.
